• You must be at least 18 years old; or a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor learner.
• You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• You must create an account and provide basic information such as name, email, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

• One-on-one English lessons with tutors via video.
• CEFR-aligned curriculum and learning materials.
• Progress tracking and dashboard features.

We may update or modify lesson formats, features, or pricing from time to time and will notify users where required by law.

• Access to lessons may require purchase of a subscription or lesson package.
• Prices, billing frequency, and taxes are shown at checkout or in your account.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• You confirm authorization to use the provided payment method.
• Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel in accordance with your plan.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

• Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled within the notice period shown in your dashboard.
• No-shows may be counted as used and are not refundable.
• We may reschedule lessons and offer alternatives or credits where applicable.

• Tutors are independent contractors, not employees.
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
• Users must treat tutors respectfully and lawfully.

• No unlawful use or violation of regulations.
• No harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct.
• No defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content.
• No malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• No reverse engineering or automated scraping.

• All platform content is owned or licensed by Keenlys.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
• No copying, resale, or derivative works without permission.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Keenlys a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for providing and improving the Services and complying with legal obligations.

The Platform may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or learning outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keenlys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior six months or a fixed statutory amount.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keenlys and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or discontinuation of Services. Certain provisions survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to exclusive court jurisdiction unless law requires otherwise.
